Hi
I have MQ client installed on my windows environment. The Java application will use the MQ API and send the data to CICS using the MQ DPL link (interface to commarea).
I am new to MQ would like to get some ideas on how i should configure my Z/OS and CICS environment for this interface.

If the z/OS queue manager has not had the optional Client Attach Facility installed it's not going to work at all. The client connection won't work.

You should also review the z/OS documentation for details of the bridge, and the CICS / queue manager configuration.
