I have deployed a new msg flow and sub flow to an execution group, put a message to the Input Q but it's not being picked up.
The mqsilist <BROKER> -e <EX GROUP> command shows the new flow has been deployed.
The Data Flow engine is running but the Input Q is has it's Open Input Count set to 0.

I have tried to stop/start the message flow but this has not made any difference. I would rather not stop/start the broker so is there anything else I can do in order for the flow to recognise the queue/message..?

We're running WMQ v5.3.12 and WBIMB v5.0.9 on Solaris.

Hi max power,

Are you sure you specified the correct Queue Name on the MQInput node ? There aren't many grave reasons for a flow to behave this way, perhaps you should re-check all your settings...

Hi elvis_gn,

You replied too quickly for me to report my problem.
I must be dyslexic. There is a queue with a very similar name to the one used in the flow. Guess where I put the message..?


My excuse..? It's Monday.
