We have a problem ... does QPasa allow one to disable monitoring on a
fixed day (and time) of the week ... let's say Sunday evening at six?

No but there is a mechanism that comes close.
In your triggers add the clock symbol. You can then set the time at which the trigger is active.
Alternatively you could set the calendar for notifications to go to a specific letter box during that time... so you don't get any pages...
Talk to your friendly MQSoftware representative. They may have additional information.

Look in the QPASA manual for "Suppressions". You can suspend alerting on any objct you monitor in QPASA for a fixed, optionally repeating time frame.

Click the Events tab, the put the window into Edit Mode.
Right click the server for which you want to disable monitoring, and select Event Suppression. |
