Is there any troubleshooting guide for MQ channels? I am talking about recovering from problems when channels are starting, do not change status, retry when everything seems ok, etc.

One shouldn't be allowed to touch an MQ system without first studying this doc in my opinion!
You avoid so many problems if you implement the suggestions and understand the concepts in this doc.
