Hi everyone,
Got a doubt ..
What's the meaning of MQMD_CURRENT_VERSION? For that matter, almost all structure have a constant called CURRENT_VERSION.
Does this mean that the version of the MQMD structure will be set to the value compatible to the installed MQSeries version?
Awaiting your replies...
Thanks,
VJ |

Well it means it will set it to the current version of the lib's you compile with. _________________ Jeff

For what it is worth, there is no guarantee that the current version value is the same as the default version of the structure (and in quite a few cases it isn't).
For example, the MQMD_CURRENT_VERSION is 2 but the default for the MQMD is MQMD_VERSION_1 (1). |
