I can't find the documentation that would explain how to interpret the results I am seeing when monitoring queue statistics, so perhaps someone here can provide insight. (Yes, I've looked in the Monitoring manual, just can't seem to find what I need.)

Here's the result I am getting ... and here's what I don't understand - How can the AverageQueueTime be negative?
