There seems to be a screen size problem with the website today. When I get into the forum index, or any of the forums, the screensize seems to be set for a bigger monitor size. I have bigger than most, yet the window is still mapped such that it needs horizontal scrolling to see the leftmost portion of the window. I'm pretty sure it was not doing this last week, or even over the weekend. _________________ IBM Certified MQSeries Specialist

what's going on, first you see post counts increase, now a bigger screen
it just happened this (24" 1920x1200) got delivered today, so that may be the reason? just kidding... _________________ Michael

I see the same thing, I think it might be to do with wider ads / google search box in the header / footer of the page.
It is anoying because with IE I now have to full screen to be able to see the whole width of the front page, or keep scrolling right to click on the "go to latest post" icon for a topic. |

Weird. I'm still fine, and still getting the adverts. Still getting disc utilities though..... _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

irrespective whether i have set DAJ_Glass or zeroSpace.. the theme background remains the same...
Is it the time to have a break for me now... _________________ Cheers |

I remember the days when web pages looked the same wherever you viewed them because they used this "standard" called HTML.
Mind you, they looked kinda dull.....! _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Okay - those of you having trouble... are you using IE?
Those of you not having trouble... are you using Firefox?
Those of you having trouble - have you tried doing a full/force reload of the page (ctl-shift-reload on FF) to cause everything including the CSS to get rebuilt? _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
