| Don't confuse "license" with "need to pay money". The MQ client is licensed code - you agree to the license when you download/install it. |

Also, it depends on the "client" you use...
All questions about licensing can only be answered properly by your IBM sales representative.

I also made the simplifing assumption that they'd know if they'd got the ETC
