Hi,
I have 5 qmgrs in my network, two among those are full repos and remaining are partial repos. I have deleted one of partial qmgrs and created another qmgr with different name with the same queues as erlier qmgr.
When I use dis clusqmgr(*) command I am still seeing the old qmgr information, how can I eliminate this problem.
How can I use REFRESH CLUSTER command.
Thanks |

Refer to the Queue Manager Clusters manual. |

To boot a qmgr out of the cluster you really want to use RESET CLUSTER.... _________________ MQ & Broker admin |

To remove a qmgr from a cluster you really need to follow the steps in the Clusters manual. I suspect that you just deleted the qmgr and expected the rest of the cluster to notice.
You only need REFRESH CLUSTER (or RESET CLUSTER) if you have not followed the correct procedures.
To add a qmgr to a cluster, you also need to follow the steps, but they are rather easier and more intuitive. _________________ MQSeries.net helps those who help themselves.. |
