Fixing the Sender channel tcp port

Hi all,

Am I right to say that the port for the sender channel to establish a tcp connection to the receiver channel is assigned dynamically. If so How can I fix it? I need to fix so that the receiver system firewall can allow only tt particular port and ip to pass thru.
