I have messages getting published on topic

If I have a topic 'Test/string1', 'Test/string2',....3,...4 etc..

Is there a way to create a subscritpion in message broker saying
"give me all messages that match 'Test/string#' to receive all of these with a single subscription.

Yes. Using much the same subscription as you've posted.
