Hi,

When I tired to read a JMS message in a Mainframe , some Junk data is also added with message payload. The data is written by a Java client. I read some where that they are some header values. Is there any way I can read the message in mainframe without these junk characters.
Also, the new line characters in ASCII are replaced with '::'.
Please help me in finding a solutions for both asap. It is urgent

It's not junk data.

It's a JMS header.

Are you sure it's not a Byte Order Mark (2 bytes at the start of the message) from UTF?
