Hi

Go to Profile management Tool window

there you have to configure each and every property

You will get a window(Deployment Manager/Node agent/Apps server) to specify the ports to use for each process

one more place

Go to System Admin Console ---> Nodes ---> Add node
Select Managed Node ---> Next there you fill the JMX Connector type and Port .

Please check it, i have done it very long back

Thanks and Regards
Gayathri
