Make sure that you have your queue manager listener running. The ControlCenter needs it running since it is an MQSeries client. You can do a quick check by using the amqsputc sample program:
SET MQSERVER=SYSTEM.DEF.SVRCONN/TCP/(hostname)
amqsputc SYSTEM.DEFAULT.LOCAL.QUEUE (qmgrname) |

Are you sure you have type correct version of MQSeries in your post. Try stopping all MQSI services and first start UNS and then Config Mgr. Look for any error messages in event viewer on NT server.
Plese confirm your MQSeries version number and CSD levels for MQSeries and MQSI. _________________ Kiran
