Hello,
I wanted to remove 1 message from MQ Queue with MQ commands.
There is one mq command amqsget. but it will remove if the message length is smaller and it iwll remove all messages from the Queue.
All messages are bigger is size to use amqsget.
Please suggest is there any other option to remove only first message.

amqsget is not a command, it's an example program. You can recompile it with a bigger buffer if you want it to handle bigger messages.
Less bother might be to use one of the support packs (RFHUTIL, Q, etc, etc) if it's just a one off thing you're trying to do.
