Hi Guys,
Right now I am using the MQRFH2 header properties as below:

-- If there is no RFH2 header, add one
IF CARDINALITY(OutputRoot.MQRFH2.*[]) = 0 THEN
CREATE NEXTSIBLING OF OutputRoot.MQMD DOMAIN 'MQRFH2';
END IF;

-- Set MQRFH2 struct fields
SET OutputRoot.MQRFH2.(MQRFH2.Field)Version = 2;
--SET OutputRoot.MQRFH2.(MQRFH2.Field)Version = 'None';
SET OutputRoot.MQRFH2.(MQRFH2.Field)Format = 'MQSTR ';

-- Set the JMS destination and reply fields
SET OutputRoot.MQRFH2.jms.Dst = 'queue:///ESB.REQUEST';
SET OutputRoot.MQRFH2.jms.Rto = 'queue:///ESB.REPLY';
SET OutputRoot.MQRFH2.mcd.Msd = 'jms_text';

-- Set MQRFH2 User attributes
SET OutputRoot.MQRFH2.usr = NULL;

I need to get the output msg of 292 bytes but I am getting the 548 bytes on the destination application(Mainframe).

When I replace the SET OutputRoot.MQRFH2.(MQRFH2.Field)Version = 2;
to 'None' with my RFHUTIL tool and send the message to the destination appl, the message is properly reaching the destination app(i.e. 548 chars).
Can you guys let me know how to set this up in the code?. Do I need to set this like this(below) or in a different way?
SET OutputRoot.MQRFH2.(MQRFH2.Field)Version = 'None';

Please let me know.

Thanks.

Don't know about the length stuff. But when you are adding the MQRFH header I did not see you change the MQMD.Format field. To be consistent you might want to set the MQRFH2.Format field to what the MQMD used to be....

Enjoy
