I have extensive experience with MQ and Message Broker, Java programming, shell scripting. Basic UNIX administration

How hard will it be to get inhouse projects from companies?

Is the hard part convincing them that you have the skill sets and resources to deliver the project in time?

Has anyone tried this? Any advice on going about doing this? I know a few friends who are strong in the middleware tech area as well.
