Hi,
I have subflow Input terminal -> Compute Node ->MQOutput node. This subflow is used to set the routing details in local environment (queue name, reply to q etc).
For scenarios where I need dynamic routing (from database), i'm able to set queue name in localenvironment's destination list and message gets routed to that queue.
I'm looking at sceario where MQ Output node properties (queue name and destination mode are promoted to main flow), queue name/destination mode will already be set at design time in main flow. Can i check if queue name of MQ output node is already populated in compute node and avoid setting routing details (from database)? _________________ Regards,

Hi SKK,
If you are using DestinationList to send output msgs, then it makes no sense in putting an Output Queue name in the promoted properties as it will not work, and if you are sending the output using the Output queue name then you anyway can't use the DestinationList....

Hi,
Destination mode and queue name are promoted property in subflow. Main flow will provide values to this promoted properties. If they need routing, they will set Destination mode as DL and queue name as blank. If Main flow, doest need routing, it will set DM as queue name and set the queue name. In my subflow compute node, i need to differentiate the above two scenarios. _________________ Regards,

You can't get the properties of one node from a different node. _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
