I have logged into the system as local user with admin previlages and still getting the error:
Initialization of resource 'amqmsrvn' failed, rc=0x80080005
Server execution failed

What does the event viewer in Windoze say? What version of MQ are you trying to install? At what point in the installation does this message appear?

What have you already tried to resolve this problem?
