I have established MQ Connectivity between two windows systems say
SYS1 and SYS2.
Sender channel from SYS1 to SYS2 is running fine
Sender channel from SYS2 to SYS1 goes to binding state.
Following MQ Error occurs while issuing a ping command
AMQ4061 Remote system not available. Could not allocate conversation with the remote system(AMQ4061)
All the parameters are configured correctly(CONNAME is correctly specified)

Sender channel from SYS1 to SYS2 should have the conname of SYS2.
Sender channel from SYS2 to SYS1 should have the conname of SYS1.
Make sure your ports are defined correctly.
Are you using SSL? If so, make sure you have provided the applications with the correct certs.
Check the logs in /var/mqm/qmgrs/<qm name>/errors/ _________________ MQ 6.0.2.3
