My client plan to reconfigure their server set up and planning to increasea no. of 4 CPUs/16 MB RAM .

As a MQ admin wat wud be my reposbilities in this change do i need to update any thing

like # setmqcap 4.

Please guide me.

setmqcap doesn't apply to version 6.

Version 5.3 is going out of service soon. You should be running on v6.

It is always your responsibility to make sure your software is properly licensed for the hardware you're running it on.

If setmqcap is not work onMQ 6 so, wats an alternative command.
