strmqikm is for MQ V6. What is the correct way to launch Ikeyman for Mq V5.3. Please help.

What does the v5.3 documentation say?

Maybe you should be reading the migration documentation, instead - and determining whether it's more worth your time to enable SSL on v5.3, which is about to go out of support, or speed up your migration to v6 instead.
