I work for CPSI in Baltimore. I have a couple of opportunites in the Baltimore area for a WebSphere MQ Architect. These are temp-to-hire opportunity. Below are the descriptions. WebSphere MQ / MQ Series Architect:

Senior Systems/Integration Architect/Engineer will be responsible for architecture and delivery of complex WebSphere Business Integration (WBI) based solutions. Will participate in business and system requirements sessions with customers, lead solution architecture and design efforts, conduct code reviews and walkthroughs with technical team members, mentor development teams, and ensure quality of delivered technical solution and documentation. Candidate shall have in-depth understanding and expertise in all SDLC activities necessary to support large transaction processing systems in an IBM Mainframe and Sun Solaris Mid-Tier environments. Must be an expert working with WebSphere MQ, MQ Series, and WBI Message Broker. Candidate must have MS degree or equivalent, 15+ years of experience, outstanding communication skills and be able to make presentations to very senior technical individuals and to non-technical senior executives. Must be motivated, have good work ethic, and be a creative problem solver.

WBI Message Broker Engineer:

Senior Systems Engineer shall have in-depth understanding and expertise in all lifecycle activities necessary to support large transaction processing systems in an IBM Mainframe and Sun Solaris Mid-Tier environments. Candidate must have good understanding, skills, and experience working with WBI Message Broker (at least 5+ years of hands on experience). Must have WebSphere MQ and Message Broker development and administration experience. The candidate will be involved in designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting various applications, as well as writing and maintaining technical documentation. Candidate must have BS degree or equivalent, 10+ years of overall IT experience, outstanding communication skills and be able to make presentations to very senior technical individuals and to non-technical senior executives. Must be motivated, have good work ethic, and be a creative problem solver. Experience with Healthcare and Government contracting are a big plus
