HI All,

I am newbie in IBM MQ Series.

Could anybody please guide me in implementing SSL with self signed certificate on MQ 5.3 Channel, running on Linux ( Red Hat AS3).

THis is very urgent request, as I need to support a production implementation this weekend.

On Production we will be using Signed cert from authorisation body.

Please help me in this regard,

The Security manual will tell you everything you need to know. If it's a client channel, look in that manual as well.

You might want to enquire with your boss why he's left a self acknowledged newbie supporting production without backup.
