I need comprehensive detailed information on WMQe or MQ Express, or MQ EveryPlace. Since I don't know what these things are I don't know if they are different terms for the same product or separate products. The WMQ Information center searches for these terms does not yield a link to manuals which provide information about these products in one place. Also, the searches on MQSeries.net also do not shed any light on where to find the documentions. Anybody out there know what manuals to look in? I want to build a prototype for an MQSeries application which requires asychronous communications capability (lots of small messages) between many diverse handheld java devices over a wide area.

AFAIK...
MQ Express no longer exists, withdrawn from marketing and does not suit your needs...
haven't heard much news about MQEveryplace either...
if you don't need to store messages on the client device you could look at the latest supportpac MA0Y: IBM WebSphere MQ Bridge for HTTP far from finished, but they said during Impact 2007 that they were looking for user experiences and feedback... best of all... zero footprint MQ access. _________________ Michael
