What happens when a cluster is refreshed,what are the changes that we can notice after a cluster is refreshed.

Depending on the state of the cluster before you issue the command, you may notice no changes.

The question (as I alluded to in the previous thread) is why you feel you need to refresh the cluster? What's wrong with it? What changes are you expecting / hopeing to see? What changes are you trying to trigger?

The only effect you're likely to notice is all cases is your network and the queue managers going crackers for a while.
