We are on WMQ 6.0.0.3 and WMB 6.0.0.3 and WMBT 6.0.2

We have an application that lends itself to being Pub/Sub and we want to use the WMB instead of the WMQ sub/pub broker. However how do we get the queue SYSTEM.BROKER.DEFAULT.STREAM created without creating a WMQ pub/sub broker?

When you create a WMB Broker, it creates all the system required Queues for you.

Also, there is no "create" for an WMQ Broker.
