The user is getting error when he sends data.Is there is anything problem with MQ here?
The error is ....
Unexpected system error:Error in method OpenConnection, error code: 48, description: File not found: MQIC32.DLL
Unexpected system error:Error in method OpenQueue, error code: 48, description: File not found: MQIC32.DLL
Unexpected system error:Error in method WriteMessage, error code: 48, description: File not found: MQIC32.DLL
Please help me, I struggle with this since 3 days.

I'd say he's using a client MQ application without having the client installed.
Possibly a .NET application which has the relevant amq*.dll files referenced. This does not remove the need for a client installation on which the .NET layer relies, no matter how many .NET people swear it doesn't!
