Anybody know, how to use Hash Object to create a sequence number, which can be used as Correlation ID.

Short answer - no. A Java person will be along in a minute.

Slightly longer answer - be careful. A Correlation ID is not a number, it's a byte array and is held like that for good reasons. You'll find a number of discussions on Correlation Id and Message Id in the forum if you search, which may help illuminate the debate.

Don't ever set Message Id yourself!
