Hi All,
Has anyone seen the error before when trying to install MQ 6.0 Server on Linux redhat.
Java jdk-1_5_0_05 is installed on the server and set in the profile file.
I am running the licence file MQLICENS.SH and then get the following error:
Licensed Materials - Property of IBM
5724-H72
(C) Copyright IBM Corporation 1994, 2005 All rights reserved.
US Government Users Restricted Rights - Use, duplication or disclosure
restricted by GSA ADP Schedule Contract with IBM Corp.
ERROR: No useable java programs at /java
ERROR: Installation will not succeed unless the license
agreement can be accepted.
If the error was caused by a display problem,
read the license agreement file (LA_xx, where
xx represents your language ) in the 'licenses'
directory, and then run the following command:
MQLICENS.SH -accept
Only use this command if you accept the license
agreement.
For other errors, contact your IBM support centre. |

There should be a jre in the lap directory alongside the mqlicense.sh script on the root of the CD, that is the java that it expects to find. _________________ Philip Morten
