HI ,
While starting the Queue Manager in IBM MQ , I am getting the below error:
****************************************
* Command: amqmdain qmgr start FCC_Q
****************************************
Initialization of resource 'amqmsrvn' failed, rc=0x8000401a
The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password.
exitvalue = -4
----
.PLease any one help me .Needed help urgently.

This also seems to have nothing to do with the API - any moderator, please report to the moving thread button.

So when you check the username the server process was running under, what did you find?
Did you find a user authorised to run the service? If not did you authorise it?
You might also want to post details of platform (presumably Windoze), version of MQ, patch level, that sort of thing. We're good, but not all knowing.

HI ,
While starting the IBM MQ , Queue mAnagaer We are getting the error as Below :
We are using Windows, IBM MQ V 6.0
Error details:
****************************************
* Command: amqmdain qmgr start FCC_Q
****************************************

The server process could not be started because the configured identity is incorrect. Check the username and password.

Unless you answer my question and provide more information, I'm unlikely to be able to change my view of your problem. Which on the face of it is an identity issue.
