Hello,
I am looking for a JCL to put a file (Record format : VBM) in only 1 message MQSeries V5.3 on Z/OS.
Is someone do a similar thing ?

I personally use the REXX/MQ interface to do stuff like this.

But you could write a simple MQI program in Cobol or any other z/OS MQI language. There might be some samples around, eg
