In a flow I just tried to process an XML message through BLOB domain.
I write the below expression for that:

DECLARE var CHARACTER;
SET OutputRoot.MRM = NULL;
SET var = CAST(InputRoot."BLOB"."BLOB" AS CHAR CCSID 819);
SET OutputRoot.XMLNSC."NAME" = var;

Now if I am putting some input message as : <Tag>message</Tag>
The o/p is as : <NAME><Tag>message</Tag></NAME>

The CCSID is not able to convert the XML tag special character properly.
Please provide some soln so that I can Read the XML tags properly.
