What makes you think you didn't get it?

From what you show here you put one message and got one message.

When the msg was written to the socket on A by the SDR channel MCA an error was returned. This may have been for several reasons; the RCVR channel may have ended or there was a network error of some kind. The msg was non-persistent and the channel attribute NPMSPEED was FAST, so the msg was not got in syncpoint and is discarded. The channel is then restarted, and the next msg on the xmitq is sent and received. This is the normal operation of the channel.
To prevent losing non-persistent msgs in this way, set NPMSPEED to NORMAL.

Kevin is right

To get a message you need to issue amqsget command!
(This is from what it looks like from the output you have provided)

It's not a command, it's a sample program.
