I have upgraded mq ver 5.3 to mq ver 6.0.2.1 on an aix 5.2.4 environment, However when I try to call commands dspmq or dspmq I get error

0509-036 Cannot load program dspmq because of the following errors
0509-033 Cannot run a 64-bit program until the 64-bit
environment has been configured. See the system administrator

I have set the LIBPATH in the profile to point at the /usr/mqm/lib64 but with no joy.

Anyone any ideas? I noticed the minimum os level was 5.2.3 in the quick beginnings so assumed 5.2.4 would be fine. Could this cause my error?
