Hi All,
A very basic question.
I need to put a message to a cluster Q. I understand that the java code for it is the same as that when I am accessing a qlocal.
Using base java classes I could leave the QueueManager field empty leaving MQ to resolve the queuename to the actual physical queue manager.
I would like to know what equivalent step needs to be done while defining the destination in WAS (JNDI).

Regards,
Anoop

You leave the Queue Manager field in the QueueDestination blank.

Or use a cluster alias.

I guess I left a word out on my other message - edited to fix.

You might still need a cluster alias.
