Hello. Support for MQSI 2.1???? |
You don't need support, you need a self help group and counciling...
(Upgraded to v6 from v2.1 a month ago. Finally. Joy flowing through me. Slightly hysterical. )

MQSI in our System Test environment is logging an hour ahead, and investigation suggests it is not the box, or environmental settings.

As this product is out of support, I am rather hoping someone can shed some light on how exactly mqsi 2.1 retrieves the CURRENT_TIMESTAMP value, which is written to log messages unaltered by mqsi flows.

I thought the broker logs were GMT like the queue manager? Anyway, CURRENT_TIMESTAMP should honour the locale settings from the environment. Sounds like it isn't. Sounds broken.
Sounds like another good reason to upgrade. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Wasn't Australia one of the places (including the US) that had specific changes in when DST took effect (or left effect)? And there were patches made to various products to include this?
Was 2.1 one of those products that was patched - or was it already out of support by then, so you're simply out of luck? _________________ I am *not* the model of the modern major general. |
