I am able to get the connection and sucessfuly posted messages and read message, but after some time elapsed, I am getting the following error frequently.
MQJE016: MQ queue manager closed channel immediately during connect
Closure reason = 2009
MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2009
com.ibm.mq.MQException: MQJE001: Completion Code 2, Reason 2009

Is there anything logged into the mqerrlog at the same time as this 2009 error. Could be possible that there was some tcp/ip problem. Because 2009 is connection broken and could happen because of variety of reasons.
Was your QM up and running or the box on which the QM was running, is fine.

Just few pointers...
