I'm using MQSeries for Windows NT and Windows 2000, Version 5.2.
After installed MA0C, I tried to execute the sample of Pub/Sub.
Start broker using 'strmqbrk',
create JMS system queue using 'runmqsc',
and execute 'PSIVTRun -nojndi'.
Then I got this error,
com.ibm.mq.jms.NoBrokerResponseException: MQJMS5053: ***The broker is not running! Please start it using 'strmqbrk' ***
and this linked exception,
com.ibm.mq.MQException: Completion Code 2, Reason 2033
I check up the status of broker using 'strmqbrk', but it was running.
What should I do?

I solved this error.
1)start MQ Series command using 'runmqsc' (\MQ_HOMQW\bin\)
2)enter 'alter qmgr ccsid(850)'
I think we got this error because we use MQ Series under Japanese environment.
Is it right? |
