Hi,

Some messages are going to DLQ and there is a FDC file getting generated with following description :

Probe Description :- AMQ6125: An internal WebSphere MQ error has occurred. |
| FDCSequenceNumber :- 0 |
| Comment1 :- xcsGetpwuid failed to get password entry for process |
| with real uid 121. |
| Comment2 :- Details: getuid() returned 121; getpwuid(121) failed |
| with errno=3. |
| Comment3 :- A user name of "UNKNOWN" will be used, which will |
| likely cause later authorisation failures. Note this FFST can be turned |
| off by exporting env var AMQ_NOFFST_PROCESS_UID.

Please suggest what is the problem and how to rectify it.

Start by Reading the manuals.

A dead-letter (undelivered-message) queue is a queue that stores messages that cannot be routed to their correct destinations. This occurs when, for example, the destination queue is full. The supplied dead-letter queue is called SYSTEM.DEAD.LETTER.QUEUE.

Check all your communication points in the message flow
Wrong definations can also cause message to get stuck there
