The runmqsc scripting language is described in the manual "WebSphere MQ Script (MQSC) Command Reference Version 7.0". Basically it is a series of MQ object administration commands in any text file that is fed into standard input of the runmqsc program. The commands can also be entered into runmqsc interactively.

You can view / edit your runmqsc scripts through MQ explorer using this supportpac:
