Recently we have upgraded to version 6.0.2 of the WebSphere Message Brokers Toolkit and I am experiencing problems with mqsicreatebar.exe.

Until the upgrade, the automated ant build scripts we use generates the required jar files that are required (it generates the jars into our \bars workspace folder using javac) and the mqsicreatebar commands in the script will incorporate these jars and produce the appropriate bar files.

However, since the upgrade I keep getting resource out of sync when the mqsicreatebar.exe executes in the script. This is because the jars are somehow different (presumably timestamp) and do not exactly reflect the contents of the \bars workspace folder when the workspace was initially built.

If I remove the jars completely from the \bars workspace folder (so thats a delete from toolkit and then a save of the workspace) before I run the scripts I get a message telling me the jar file I wish to use does not exist during the run of mqsicreatebar.exe even though the javac has created them exactly where they should be.

The only way round this that I have found is to put a pause in the script, manually refresh the bars folder in the toolkit so it picks up the new version of the jars and then resume the script.
Has anyone else come across this?
