Normally when we get the message from the server through an application(vb,net windows application), that message will be automatically removed from the Queue. But as per my requirement(Wmq version 6.0), I want to hold the messages in the Queue even afer the message is get().
I will clear the messages later.
Is there any property to be changed or somethinng like that.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks & Regards,

You can browse messages. It is get without removing.
But question is why do you need it ?
MQ is not database for storing messages in queues it is messaging software. _________________ Marcin |

How will you identify the messages that need clearing later?
Why bother when MQ does this for you? Browsing is very seldom a good idea for an application program. What's the requirement? _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
