What causes this message to appear? I am a java developer and we use MQSeries to get mainframe data. We have been having issues with MQSeries on one of our servers. Normal usage we have about 20 MQSeries connections in our pool. Sometimes we spike to over 150 and then our java server starts to die on us.
I noticed this message around the time of one of our MQSeries backups yesterday. I think the only other time I've seen this is when we restart our java server.
I saw the fix but now I'm wondering what this means. Forgive my ignorance.
I asked my question poorly. What I'm wondering is what is this message catalog that we don't have set-up right? I am assuming that MQSeries may have tried to dump an error message on our application server.

Yes, your application received an error and the queue manager was attempting to look-up the "text" explanation (from a number) but could not find the necessary mqji_*.properties files.
If you look in the java/lib directory, you will see several mqji_*.properties files.
