People,
We can't insert new records to a table from db2 prompt (db2clp) directly - am I right? I know we can import records from file.

Thank You Elvis. I tried and got result.
But why the command line process wont show 'insert' as one of the command when '?' is entered........ even it wont show help when '? insert' is entered.... |

Nothing ......
I am in a middleware support - MQ, WBIMB, DB2, Oracle.......Here, I do get satisfactory answers to most of my questions/clarifications/stuck-ups so.....
