Recently we have upgraded our hardware to z9. What we observed is that CICS taking too long to process accumulated msgs in local queue until 15:59 mins in our last incident which doesn't happen before upgrading to z9.

Investigation on local queue shows pending msgs with uncomitted status. How do we solve this problem?

Just wondering if any paches need to apply either CICS or WebSphere MQ level? Or could it be CICS application problem?
