I am having an issue with the 6.0 linux version of MQ. When either the amqsput or another application puts a message into a local queue I find that the name in the UserIdentifier is lowercase and that the letter z is converted to the letter j.

I read in a different post that MQ will convert the name to lowercase since it is on a unix system. I have not found any mention of the z to j conversion. Has this been encountered before? And is there a fix.

This is APAR IC49431; it is fixed in 6.0.2.0.
