The thing is first i created two queue managers. then i created one configuration manager to one queue manager and one broker to another queue manager. By mistake i deleted the two queue managers. After that again i created the same quque managers with the same ports. Now i am trying to create the broker domain it is giving the error saying that message Brokers toolkit is unable to connect the configuration manager. Reason MQSeries Queue Manager can not be reached. But two queue managers are runnig and configuration manager is also runnig.

You should fix that then.

I'd start by troubleshooting.

Here's a good place to get started.

It wont work in that way, because while creating ConfigMgr or Broker there will be some MQ objects created which you can't find by simply recreating queue managers.

I think you should delete broker, configmanager, their databases and create it again.

Hi,

Create queue managers with some another name and "modify" your broker and config manager with new queue managers.
Make sure that your broker queue manager and config manager queue manager are communicating with eact other.

Sorry ..if my post conveyed the wrong info..
What I meant was ..
Delete broker and Config manager completely…create again assigning them new queue managers

This is what the infocenter says
Quote:
If you cannot change a property using mqsichangebroker, delete the broker and then create a new one with the new properties.
