My Application is in VB .NET, I am trying to access a queue but receive MQRC_OPTIONS_ERROR error on making following call

Dim Manager = New MQQueueManager(MQManager, MQC.MQOO_INQUIRE, Channel, Connection)

** NOTE : Connection = ServerIP(Port) ex 10.255.136.23(1414)

I am using MQ Client version 5.3 on my PC. I have copied amqmdnet.dll from server and added reference for same into my project.

Can anyone please advise where am I going wrong.
