Experience Requirements
Provide development and maintenance support for the new consumer-lending Web based systems. Assist in all aspects of “N” tier development activities. Serve as a mentor to existing staff and new employees. Handle on-call duties for the new systems.
3 to 7 years’ relevant data processing experience is necessary. 2 to 4 years experience in “N” tier development required.
Experience with Java 1.5, Java Script, JSP, HTML, XML, EJB, Servlets and J2EE proficient, Eclipse, Toad for Oracle, ANT Build, and MQ Series necessary.
Relational Database experience necessary, prefer 2-5 years of Oracle 8i-10g at a minimum.
Erwin/Rational Rose experience necessary.
2 to 4 years Unix (Linux, HPUX) operating systems experience preferred.
BEA’s WebLogic 8.1 experience preferred but 2 to 3 years of experience in Middleware use in development projects in required.
Position requires solid oral and written communication skills.
Professional, self starter, possess the ability to work alone or as a team member. Must be able to manage own time and work deliverables.
Citizen Status: US Citizen
Skills Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent work exp.
Minimum 5-7 years of progressively responsible related technical experience.
Demonstrated commitment to providing customer-focused, quality service.
Ability to make oral presentations.
Ability to interface successfully with clients and personnel.
Ability to work effectively as part of a technical team.
Ability to train less experienced personnel.
Ability to produce user/client documentation and technical reports.
4 years advanced Oracle/Java/BEA 8.1.
